SUMMARY:FBA Presents - Advanced Fiber Modeling: Managing Connections Beyond the Physical
DESCRIPTION:Modeling the physical connections of a fiber network is not enough. To fully understand and make more efficient use of assets\, a logical component is needed. Combining physical and logical networks in one model enables providers to unlock additional business value and increase ROI by better-predicting utilization and planning for diversity. \nIn this webinar\, Hexagon experts will discuss: \n\nThe concepts of links\, channels and circuits and their role in network modeling\nModeling physical networks at the fiber strand/port level\nLayering in logical components at the circuit level\nAutomatically managing changes in a single connectivity model\n\nWebinar Speakers \n\nDon Lorente\, Technical Director\, Utilities and Communications at Hexagon’s Safety\, Infrastructure & Geospatial division\nDave Kenney\, VP of Implementation Services at Hexagon’s Safety\, Infrastructure & Geospatial division\n\n \n \n Register Now
