SUMMARY:FBA Presents - Turning Experiences into Your Strengths
DESCRIPTION:With more than 20 years in fiber optic engineering and leading large-scale network projects\, Tamara DesJardins shares the career lessons that emerge from solving complex problems and leading work where decisions carry wide-ranging impact. Drawing from her experience\, Tamara reflects on learning to be genuine\, speaking with confidence and authority\, staying flexible when plans change\, and finding the courage to move forward even when the path feels uncertain. She also explores the responsibility that comes with experience – creating pathways for others and helping teams grow along the way. Turning Experiences into Your Strengths offers a practical\, relatable look at how experience builds self-trust\, credibility\, and clarity over the course of a career. \n\n\nPresented by: \n \n \n \n Register Now
