Nelnet Partners With SDC Capital Partners to Propel ALLO’s Growth
Nelnet will partner with SDC Capital Partners to make a $197 million equity investment in ALLO Communications. The acquisition will give Nelnet a 48% ownership stake in ALLO. The deal will give ALLO the capital needed to continue expanding its fiber-optic network in the Midwest. The deal is expected to close sometime in October of this year.
