Fiber Day on the Hill

Fiber Day on the Hill is FBA’s annual policy focus event that provides an informative, hands-on experience to learn more about fiber’s role in expanding broadband access, creating jobs, strengthening rural communities, and driving economic growth.

The event will take place this year on April 9th from 10AM – 2PM in the Rayburn Foyer.

Fiber Day on the Hill provides an informative, hands-on experience to learn more about fiber’s role in expanding broadband access, creating jobs, strengthening rural communities, and driving economic growth. Demonstrations will showcase:

  • Fiber 101 – The foundation of high-speed connectivity
  • Fiber in Our Communities – How fiber transforms daily life across America
  • Workforce Development – Addressing the demand for skilled fiber technicians and broadband jobs
  • Rural and Agricultural Benefits – Empowering precision agriculture and remote economies
  • When Fiber Leads, The Future Follows – Fiber’s Role in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Powering Data Centers, and Supporting Emerging Technologies
