Luck Grove COO ranked among top 40 most impactful people under forty in CNY

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK | NOVEMBER 1, 2023—Mr. John S. Zell, Luck Grove’s chief operating officer, is being recognized on the Central New York Business Journal’s “40 Under Forty” list at its 26th annual awards ceremony on Thursday, November 2, 2023.

“Receiving an acknowledgment like this is the last thing I expected, but it is something I truly appreciate. I will continue to do my best to make my family, my friends, and my community proud,” said Zell.

The “40 Under Forty” list recognizes 40 ambitious, hard-working, civic-minded leaders under the age of forty. This group represents diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skills throughout the Central New York region.

Zell is being recognized for his managerial excellence as Luck Grove’s Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw the company’s monumental growth over the past three years. He is a Syracuse local with years of experience in entrepreneurship and small business. In addition to his corporate experience, Zell is also a board member of the Skaneateles Cares Car Club which raises funds for the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital.
