It all began in 1964 with the idea of an easy-to-install telephone outlet. The idea of Hans Reichle and Renato De-Massari gave rise to Reichle & De-Massari AG (R&M), the internationally active developer and provider of high-end infrastructure solutions for data and communications networks. Now R&M is celebrating its 60th anniversary. They ensure the financial independence of the company through Reichle Holding AG. Michel Riva, the company’s first external CEO, has been on the Executive Board since 2012.
