February 18, 2025—GridSource Incorporated, LLC (“GridSource”) is pleased to announce that it has closed on the acquisition of B. Robinson, Inc. (“BRI” or “the Company”), a leading micro
trenching company with three regional operations and headquarters in Leander, TX. B. Robinson, Inc.’s management team will remain engaged with the company as it looks to integrate with the existing GridSource platform.

BRI is a premier infrastructure contractor focusing on communication sector services. The Company provides a comprehensive range of services, including project management, design solutions, underground, aerial, and micro trenching construction, make-ready, splicing and testing, emergency rapid response, and maintenance. BRI has completed thousands of miles of plant, including fiber backhaul, telephone, electric, and CATV projects.

The company is well known in regional markets and has an excellent reputation for customer service and timely completion of specialty construction projects.
