Vivacity Infrastructure Group Announces the Promotion of Jeff Sobotka to Senior Vice President

Chicago – April 1, 2025 – Vivacity Infrastructure Group, a trusted provider of communications infrastructure solutions and services, today announced the promotion of Jeff Sobotka to Senior Vice President. In this expanded role, Sobotka will continue to oversee all government and public affairs initiatives and further strengthen key relationships with federal, state, and local entities to advance Vivacity Infrastructure Group’s strategic initiatives.

Jeff Sobotka joined Vivacity Infrastructure Group in 2023 as Vice President of Government, leading government and municipality partnerships and helping to drive long-term sustainable connectivity for communities around the country. Before joining Vivacity Infrastructure Group, Sobotka held the position of State Broadband Director at the Arizona Commerce Authority and led the creation of the Arizona Broadband Statewide Middle-Mile Strategic Plan. Through his leadership, he helped to connect more than 300,000 Arizona families to the Affordable Connectivity Program, positioning the state among the top 10 nationally in enrollment.
