Vivacity Infrastructure Group Welcomes New Senior VP of PMO, IT and Transformation

Chicago – May 13, 2025 – Vivacity Infrastructure Group, a trusted provider of communications infrastructure solutions and services, welcomes Frank Caccamo as Senior Vice President of PMO, IT and Transformation. In this role, Caccamo will provide leadership and strategic oversight of the company’s program management office, information technology team, and network infrastructure integration projects, strengthening the company’s capabilities across program execution, systems strategy and digital transformation.

Caccamo brings over 17 years of industry experience, most recently leading Lightpath’s service delivery team. During his tenure, he spearheaded building and scaling the company’s service delivery organization, streamlining operational processes to achieve greater quality, consistency and scalability while providing fiber network solutions to enterprises, carriers and hyperscalers. His expertise, experience and leadership will underpin Vivacity’s mission to deliver future-ready communications infrastructure solutions while driving consistent growth across the organization.
