CHR Solutions’ Omnia360e Streamlines Operations at Dunbarton Telephone Company

CHR Solutions, a leading provider of engineering, cybersecurity, and software solutions for communications service providers (CSP), today announced that its Omnia360e platform has helped Dunbarton Telephone Company, a New Hampshire-based telecommunications provider serving its community for more than 125 years, improve its operations.

Dunbarton has been using CHR Solutions’ Omnia360 BSS/OSS since 2018 and recently completed an upgrade to Omnia360e. The new deployment includes best practice workflows for fiber telecommunications, configuration settings, dashboards and reports, service activation, e-commerce features, and other core business processes. By following the Solution Delivery Process (SDP), the CHR Activations Team completed the Omnia360e rollout in just 60 days.
