Fiber Broadband Association Announces Several Key Strategic Hires
New Talent includes Senior NTIA Expert and Broadband Chief of Staff to support growth across the Association

WASHINGTON, D.C.—(December 9, 2025)—The Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) today announced several strategic hires across public policy, membership, and sales to support consistent, significant growth across the Association and industry, and advance the Association’s priorities in Washington and across the country.

As demand for fiber broadband increases nationwide, FBA continues to provide research, advocacy, and expertise to accelerate fiber broadband deployment to enable every community to leverage the economic and societal benefits that only fiber can deliver. FBA has achieved 19 consecutive quarters of growth, and its operations revenue last quarter exceeded budget by 23% driven by membership growth, regional events, investment income, and nonconference sponsorships.

“Across the country, businesses, policymakers, and communities are showing a growing interest in fiber-based broadband services. With these new team members, FBA is even better positioned to scale and demonstrate that trust in fiber is trust well placed,” said Gary Bolton, President and CEO of FBA. “We welcome our newest FBA leadership, their exceptional talent, and seasoned experience to help us shape the future of FBA, accelerate fiber broadband connectivity, and close the digital divide.”

New Public Policy Team Members

Lukas Pietrzak joins FBA as Public Policy Director, bringing extensive experience in telecommunications policy and federal regulatory strategy. Pietrzak held senior roles at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) and the Department of Commerce, where he led initiatives advancing broadband access and deployment. Most recently, Pietrzak served the NTIA Office of Internet Connectivity and Growth as chief of staff, overseeing the $42.3 billion BEAD program. He also was one of NTIA’s liaisons to the Department of Commerce, the White House, Congress, tribes, and state governments.

Jeanne Le Delaizir joins FBA as a Policy Fellow. An internationally trained lawyer who has passed the New York Bar exam, Le Delaizir’s career spans France, Germany, and the United States, blending litigation, corporate practice, advocacy, and public affairs.

Membership and Broader Team Support

FBA also welcomes new talent supporting Association membership, 20 committees and working groups, and broader organizational operations, including Morgan Hubbard, Association and Member Services Assistant; Nura Shalabi, Sales Administrator; and Jackie Coover, Community Management Coordinator.
