VYVE BROADBAND LEADERS RECOGNIZED AMONG 2026 CFX 100 HONOREES
Celebrating the leadership and impact of Melanie Hannasch and Andy Parrott
Shawnee, Oklahoma – April 27, 2026 – Vyve Broadband today announced that Melanie Hannasch, Co-President and Chief Operating Officer, and Andy Parrott, former Chief Executive Officer, have been named to the prestigious 2026 CFX 100, recognizing the most influential leaders shaping the future of the cable and broadband industry.
The honor reflects a year of meaningful progress and leadership across the organization, as Vyve continues to invest in its network, strengthen customer
experience, and prepare for its next chapter. Since being elevated to COO, Hannasch has led a focused transformation of Vyve’s technical field operations, delivering measurable results that directly impact customers and employees alike. Under her leadership, technician satisfaction has reached 97%, while outages have been reduced by 50% year over year. Her emphasis on proactive service and operational excellence continues to elevate the customer experience and reinforce Vyve’s commitment to reliability. Her recent promotion to Co-President underscores the impact of her leadership and the
confidence in her ability to help guide Vyve into the future.
“Melanie’s leadership is a reflection of what Vyve stands for, showing up for our customers, our teams, and our communities,” said Guy McCormick, Co-President and SVP, Engineering at Vyve Broadband. “Her ability to deliver results while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork truly sets her apart.”
Parrott, who was recognized while serving as CEO, played a pivotal role in strengthening Vyve’s infrastructure and positioning the company for long-term
growth. His leadership included advancing strategic partnerships, such as an agreement with fiber infrastructure provider Accelecom to expand and enhance
network capabilities across Georgia.
“Andy’s vision and leadership helped lay the foundation for where Vyve is headed,” said Melanie Hannasch, Co-President and COO of Vyve Broadband. “His focus on investing in our network and our people has had a lasting impact on our company and the communities we serve.”
Together, Hannasch and Parrott have been guiding forces as Vyve prepares to become part of Cable One later this year, helping ensure a seamless transition grounded in transparency, collaboration, and continued innovation.
“At Vyve, we believe strong connections build stronger communities,” McCormick added. “This recognition reflects not just individual achievement, but the collective effort of teams across our footprint who are committed to delivering reliable, future-ready connectivity every day.”
The CFX 100 recognition highlights leaders who are driving meaningful change across the broadband and cable industry, those who are innovating, investing, and leading with purpose.
