Vivacity Infrastructure Group Welcomes Ben Polsky as New Director of Partnership and Business Development

CHICAGO – August 12, 2025 – Vivacity Infrastructure Group, a trusted provider of communications infrastructure solutions and services, is pleased to welcome Ben Polsky as its newest Director of Partnership and Business Development. In this role, Polsky will lead growth objectives for the data center, hyperscaler, Department of Transportation (DOT) and utility sectors, further building Vivacity Infrastructure Group’s leadership in delivering comprehensive network infrastructure solutions.

Polsky brings a wide range of experience and expertise, both from leadership roles in the public and private sectors. In his most recent role as Director of Partnerships and Planning at CENTRA Data Centers, he developed go-to-market strategies and cultivated partnerships with telecommunications providers, cloud companies and AI firms to build and operate data centers across North America. His career experience includes serving as the Broadband Manager for the State of California, where he performed policy and financial analysis to inform the state’s $3.87 billion open-access middle mile broadband network. Earlier in his career, he managed broadband and connectivity initiatives at Meta, directing strategic partnerships to connect thousands of underserved and unconnected communities worldwide.

Ben is an International Strategy Fellow at the Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Skidmore College and a Master’s degree in Policy Studies from Stanford University.
