Surf Internet Appoints Mary Moran as Vice President of OSP Engineering and Construction

ELKHART, Ind., Jan. 21, 2026 – Surf Internet® announced today that Mary Moran has joined the company as Vice President of OSP Engineering and Construction. In this role, Moran will lead Surf’s outside plant engineering and construction operations as the company continues expanding its fiber-optic network across the Great Lakes region.

Moran brings more than 20 years of telecommunications construction, network operations, and large-scale infrastructure deployment experience. She most
recently served as Director of Construction for Ezee Fiber, where she oversaw construction execution in a high-growth environment and delivered record-setting fiber deployment results. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at T-Mobile spanning network engineering, operations, and market management.

At Surf, Moran will focus on strengthening the company’s OSP construction organization by overseeing multiple concurrent fiber-to-the-home projects and advancing operational processes that support efficiency, consistency, long-term scalability, and customer satisfaction.

“Mary’s background aligns well with the stage of growth Surf is in today,” said Brent Williams, Chief Operating Officer at Surf Internet. “Her ability to bring structure, accountability, and clarity to complex construction environments will be instrumental as we continue executing large-scale builds across multiple markets.” “I’m excited to join Surf at a time of significant growth and opportunity,” Moran said. “The company has built a strong reputation for how it approaches fiber expansion, and I look forward to working alongside the team to deliver high-quality networks, support our communities, and help Surf build for the long term.”
