At GOCare, our mission has always been simple: empower broadband providers to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. In 2024, we proudly announced a year of record-breaking growth, and I’m thrilled to report that the momentum continues.
As we step into 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on what our team, partners, and clients have accomplished together over the past year. It’s not just about the numbers (though there are some pretty amazing ones); it’s about how we’re reshaping the way service providers connect with their subscribers.
Sustained Growth, Sustained Impact
Following a year of 70% revenue growth in 2024, we’ve built on that trajectory with a 49% increase in year-over-year revenue and a 32% boost in our annual run rate. This growth is powered by both long-time clients expanding their use of the platform and a strong pipeline of new broadband service provider (BSP) partners joining the GOCare family.
Our BSP clients serve over one million broadband subscribers across rural, regional, and national markets in the United States.
60 Million Reasons GOCare Matters
Over the past 12 months, we delivered over 60 million SMS notifications — from appointment reminders and billing alerts to real-time outage updates and freeform SMS chat convenience that makes broadband providers “easy to do business with.”
These aren’t just messages; they’re meaningful touchpoints that reduce inbound calls, lower operational costs, and help providers avoid soft disconnects. Every one of those 60 million messages helped create a better experience for subscribers — and a more efficient business for our partners.
Connect Is Connecting
GOCare Connect, our omnichannel engagement hub, continues to gain traction. In 2025, we added nearly 300 new seats — bringing powerful new AI tools, streamlined workflows, and advanced analytics to our users. Connect is giving CSRs and agents a single, integrated view across SMS, email, webchat, and social—making it easier than ever to deliver first-contact resolution.
OutageIQ: The Industry’s Most Demanded Tool
OutageIQ, our real-time outage management and messaging solution, officially launched with ETC and has became the most requested module in the GOCare suite. It proactively notifies subscribers of both planned maintenance and service interruptions, reducing call volume, increasing transparency, and building trust. A key capability is that it supports all broadband technologies (HFC, DSL, and PON), multi-vendor networks and any billing platform.
Recognition From Industry Leaders
We were honored to be named to the Broadband Communities Magazine’s FTTH Top 100 Companies, earn the Product of the Year from CUSTOMER Magazine, and be selected as a Leading Lights Award finalist by Light Reading. These accolades reflect the dedication our team brings to solving real-world problems for broadband providers.
A Stronger Ecosystem
Our partner ecosystem continues to grow, with new integrations and collaborations now in place with Adtran, Actifai, Calix, CDG, CommSoft, COS Systems, IDI Billing, MACC, Nokia, Praxedo, and more. This enhances our robust portfolio of integrations with billing and key back-office and operational systems. These partnerships help ensure our platform fits seamlessly into our clients’ existing tech stacks—and future-proof their CX strategies.

We’re proud to have achieved eleven consecutive quarters of revenue growth. This consistency reflects not only market demand, but also the scalability and modularity of our Digital Experience Platform — with seven clients adding to their GOCare stack with additional modules to address new use cases and priorities.

In 2025, we welcomed eight new BSPs to GOCare — including,Highland Telephone Cooperative, KCTC, Mid-Rivers Communications, Peñasco Valley Telephone Cooperative.Socket Fiber, TruVista Fiber, and West Carolina, Each of these partners brings unique perspectives and goals that push us to keep innovating and delivering smarter solutions.
