Joink Partners with EPC to Accelerate Community-Wide Fiber Expansion in Linton, Indiana

Terre Haute, Indiana – Joink, a high-speed fiber broadband provider based in Terre Haute, Indiana, has partnered with design and construction firm EPC to accelerate the expansion of fiber broadband infrastructure throughout Linton, Indiana.

Following Joink’s recent acquisition of Endeavor Communications’ existing fiber assets in Linton, this partnership represents the next phase of execution: delivering a full, community-wide fiber network with speed, precision, and long-term reliability.

The collaboration brings together Joink’s broadband service expertise and EPC’s infrastructure execution capabilities to ensure the expansion is built efficiently and completed on schedule. Construction is already mobilized, with installations beginning February 23 and approximately 450 homes immediately serviceable. Additional neighborhoods will come online in rolling phases each month, with town-wide completion anticipated by mid-June 2026.

“At Joink, we believe reliable connectivity is more than just technology, it is about trust, service, and being a dependable partner,” said Matthew VanHosen, CEO of Joink. “Our partnership with EPC ensures we are not only expanding fiber access in Linton, but doing so with a team built to execute. This is a long-term investment in the community, and we are committed to delivering on it.”

“Communities deserve infrastructure they can count on, and that begins with partners who are present and accountable,” said Josh Etheridge, CSO and Co-Owner of EPC. “Joink is making a meaningful investment in Linton’s future, and our responsibility is to build this network with precision, resilience, and long-term reliability.

We don’t just want to work here. We want to walk alongside Linton as a trusted partner. Construction is a season, but the connectivity it brings will serve this community for decades. While there will be visible signs of progress along the way, our commitment is to move thoughtfully, minimize disruption, and treat every neighborhood with care and respect.

Communication is key. We want residents to know we are accessible and ready to listen. If questions or concerns arise, we encourage you to reach out so we can address them quickly and keep this project moving smoothly for everyone.”

Residents can expect visible construction activity and phased service activations in the coming weeks. Existing customers will experience no changes to their current plans, pricing, or service levels during the transition. Residents with questions about service availability or installation can contact Joink’s customer care team at 812-234-5100.
