Evansville, Indiana – Flagger Force, an industry-leading, Safety-Driven, short-term traffic control company headquartered in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, with operations across the eastern third of the United States, has acquired MidAmerica Safety Solutions, an Evansville-based provider of road and traffic safety management. The strategic acquisition allows Flagger Force to expand its operations in Indiana and enhances the company’s ability to support utility, telecommunications, and other infrastructure projects across the region. The acquisition was finalized on Friday, May 29, 2026.

As part of the acquisition, all 100+ MidAmerica Safety Solutions’ employees have been offered positions with Flagger Force.
