FBA Official Statement Regarding NTIA Approval of Louisiana Proposal for BEAD

“The Fiber Broadband Association applauds NTIA for taking a major step today to bring fiber broadband service to millions of unserved and underserved consumers. With the approval of Louisiana’s Initial Proposal for the BEAD program, NTIA has set in motion the process for approving the proposals from other states and territories and the eventual deployment of broadband infrastructure to those who have been left behind.
