In an effort to maximize this bipartisan investment in broadband, it is crucial to ensure access to a streamlined permitting process with efficiency and predictability, to close the digital divide.

FBA is proud to stand with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a coalition of over 300 other organizations interested in maximizing America’s investment in our future, by asking members of Congress to ‘Permit America to Build’ through legislation that improves the current permitting process and enables stakeholders to deliver on the Nation’s historic investment and bring high-speed broadband to all Americans.”
