“FBA congratulates Danielle Thumann Severs on her nomination to the FCC. Danielle’s deep expertise in communications law and policy, together with her valuable experience at the FCC and in the private sector, will make her an excellent addition to the Commission. She has demonstrated strong leadership on wireline policy, including important work to modernize permitting and improve regulatory efficiency. FBA urges the Senate to act promptly on her nomination and looks forward to working with her and the full Commission to remove barriers to fiber deployment, accelerate network construction, and connect more communities to reliable, future-ready broadband.”
