Following disbursement of BEAD funds, the State Broadband Offices are rolling out sub-programs in their respective states, bringing us closer to the implementation phase of fiber network builds in America. Now is the time to equip our crews with the right knowledge to take this on.
Design Services that cover Survey/Locates, Design and Permitting are not just the earliest stages of building a network but also a keystone phase in overall network build that impacts downstream phases, most notably and crucially, the Construction phase. This directly impacts cost and timeline metrics of the overall project. For those relatively new to network building, or those needing a refresher of the basics, this is the time to invest in foundational understanding of this crucial phase, avoid the common pitfalls and ensure a robust foundation for this milestone period of growth in our national telecom industry.
