Vincent Racine currently holds the position of Business Development Manager within the Installation and Maintenance division of EXFO. Vincent has more than 20 years of experience in fiber-optic testing for the telecommunications industry. He actively participated in the early phases of worldwide FTTH technology deployment, contributing his expertise to seminars, field trials and test instrument new technologies development. Vincent holds a degree in telecommunications and has been with EXFO since 1999.
