Guest Presenter: Kjirsten Mickesh, Chief People Officer, Finley Engineering
Kjirsten Mickesh is a strategic business leader and partner with expertise in aligning people and organizational solutions to business strategy. She has led all aspects of Human Resources and has acquired deep expertise in developing and delivering talent strategies and programs to attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees. She also has significant experience leading organization transformation initiatives and is known for her courageous leadership and ability to address complex opportunities with focus and alignment to achieve results.
Kjirsten holds a B.S. in Management from Arizona State University. She also holds several certifications, including a Talent Management Certification from UNC–Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Change Management certification from University of Minnesota, a Strategic Workforce Planning certification from Human Capital Institute and two coaching certifications from International Coaching Federation accredited institutions. Right now, she is working on a Digital Inclusion Certification from ASU. Kjirsten has a strong interest in equity and volunteers with AARP on the Minnesota Advocacy and Speakers Teams, primarily focused on improving support for caregivers and people in long term care situations.
