One of the Women in Fiber’s most important goals is to help women grow both professionally and personally. That in mind, we are excited to welcome FBA members to the Women in Fiber Mentoring Program.
Through participation in this program, mentors are provided the opportunity to leverage their expertise, wisdom, and experience accumulated during their careers while mentees are given the tools and guidance they need to develop their potential.
The mentoring program will accept applications anytime and the mentorship partnership will last for 6 months. During that time, mentor and mentee pairs will work together using the framework and resources provided and can meet as often as you both agree.
