Adriana Delgado, actualmente Senior Sales Account Manager en SENKO Advanced Components para Mexico, Centro América, El Caribe y la zona Andina. Lleva colaborando con SENKO 8 años.

Es Licenciada en Comercio Internacional y Aduanas. Y técnica en Mantenimiento Industrial. Además de contar con una certificación por FOA como Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) Técnico Certificado en Fibra óptica.

Tiene 11 años de experiencia en la industria de las telecomunicaciones enfocándose en productos para la fibra óptica de interconectividad y pasivos. Ha trabajado en diferentes áreas como son Ventas, Cadena de Suministro, Comercio Exterior y Logística.

Dentro de sus hobbies esta viajar y leer. Es amante de la buena comida y disfruta mucho hacer senderismo.

She has a degree in International Trade and Customs. And technician in Industrial Maintenance. She also has a certification by FOA as a Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT).

She has 11 years of experience in the telecommunications industry focusing on fiber optic interconnectivity and passive products. She has worked in different areas such as Sales, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade and Logistics.

Among her hobbies are traveling and reading. She is a lover of good food and really enjoys hiking.

John George

Senior Director, Solutions Engineering and Fusion Splicers, OFS

John George has served with AT&T, Lucent Technologies and now OFS in various engineering and marketing roles. He currently leads the Solutions and Professional Services group for OFS’s optical fiber, cable, connectivity, fusion splicer, and solutions business. John has published and presented numerous papers and articles on fiber optics and FTTH and been active in Industry standards. John has been supporting the Fiber Broadband Association (former FTTH Council) from 2001, served on its board of directors from 2008 – 2018, and John now leads the Association’s Technology committee. John has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Science in Engineering Administration from Virginia Tech, and holds 9 patents.

Evann Freeman (Secretary)

Vice President, Government & Community Relations, EPB

Evann Freeman joined EPB in 2019 and serves as Vice President, Government and Community Relations. His responsibilities include leading EPB’s governmental relations and economic development efforts through maintaining key relationships with government partners on the local, state, and national levels. Freeman has played a key role in many projects at EPB, including HCS EdConnect powered by EPB, a program that provides free internet to more than 28,000 people in our community.

With over a decade of experience in government relations, Freeman has focused his public policy efforts on community benefit and coalitions building. Prior to joining EPB, Evann held various roles with former U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander, where he collaborated closely with local, state, and federal stakeholders. A proud Chattanooga native, Evann actively serves on multiple non-profit boards both locally and statewide.

Sachin Gupta

Director of Business Development, Centranet

Sachin Gupta is the Director of Government Business and Economic Development at Centranet, a subsidiary of Central Rural Electric Cooperative. Over the last 18 years he has had a diverse career working in product management, business development and marketing for large government contractors. He has traveled to and worked with government officials in 32 different countries advocating for smart defense and security solutions. He has been a speaker at several domestic and international conferences and has talked about technical, legislative, and regulatory issues. He is well published in several broadband publications. He represents Cooperative Broadband Coalition (a coalition of 11 cooperatives) and advances its agenda at State and Federal levels.

He is a voting member of the Oklahoma Broadband Expansion Council which was stablished by HB 3363 in the Oklahoma Legislature and is in an advisory role to the Oklahoma Broadband Office. Sachin Gupta was appointed to this council by Senate Pro Temp Greg Treat. He is the co-chair for the Tribal Outreach Working Group at the Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) and since his appointment by Gary Bolton (CEO of FBA) in early 2023 has brought in 26 Tribes as associate members of the FBA with a goal to reach 100 by the end of 2024. He is on the Steering Committee of the Power Utilities Round Table at the FBA as well as on the Workforce Development Committee.

Ashley Brown (Vice Chair)

Senior Director, Field Marketing, Adtran

Ashley Brown has been involved with the FBA for nine years. She currently sits on the Conference Committee and the Women in Fiber Committee. Her attendance rate is 92% with meetings and activities. Within Women in Fiber, Ashley holds “champion” roles for several sub-committees, including welcome to Women in Fiber, event/meet-ups, and benchmark study. She has put together several panels and speaking abstracts for the FBA and has spoken at almost every event in 2023. Ashley brings leadership and energy around fiber deployment/operations and broadband marketing/experience/policy. Additionally, at Fiber Connect 2023, she led the Middle Mile pre-conference half-day session.

Ashley currently serves as the Senior Director of Field Marketing for Adtran. Though she works for Adtran and is grateful for the strong relationship Adtran has with the FBA, this election is not about voting for Adtran – it is about voting for Ashley. And what she can bring to the Board of Directors. Her current role is focused on the fiber industry, knowing what is happening, and being involved in the industry. Ashley talks daily with broadband service providers and works with the NTIA, Federal Program Officers, and State Broadband Offices. She works weekly with their policy consultant to ensure proper education about what it will take to close the digital divide—understanding how to overcome the obstacles of high-cost areas to deploy fiber—advocating digital opportunity and the Affordable Connectivity Program. Ashley is an advocate. She is passionate about when fiber leads, the future will follow.
