The Fiber Broadband Association consists of approximately 2,400 company member delegates and a nine-member Board of Directors serving three-year terms. Working committees drive member value and Association activities. The Association’s professional staff includes a full-time CEO/President who is supported by a team of full-time staff and partners devoted to membership engagement, research, industry affairs, workforce development, training, education, public relations, and marketing.

With more than three decades in the telecom industry, Bolton joined the Fiber Broadband Association as president and CEO in 2020 after serving on the association’s board as vice chairman, treasurer and vice chairs of public policy and marketing committees.
